“Titanic” Mount Kenya
If you are a mountaineer, then you will be glad to hear that Africa’s second highest peak lies in the middle of Kenya.
If you are a mountaineer, then you will be glad to hear that Africa’s second highest peak lies in the middle of Kenya. Mt. Kenya is not only beautiful, she is rugged, challenging, and stands tall above all others (except Kilimanjaro). But what Kilimanjaro has in height over Mt. Kenya is nullified by the sheer fact that Nelion and Batian (highest peaks on Mt.Kenya) will take guts, skill and top-notch training to scale. That and the fact that you can practically see the whole country from up there (at least as far as your eyes can see and the clouds will let you).
